When will my order be shipped?

In-Stock Products
Orders for in-stock products are usually shipped samewithin 24–36 hours (business days).
Made-to-Order Products
Orders for products that are not in stock are typically shipped within 3–8 business days, after the completion of their preparation.

We ship to Serbia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, and Romania.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, international shipping is available upon prior agreement with the customer placing the order.
Will I be notified if an item is out of stock?

What should I do if the package I receive is not in good condition?
Please carefully inspect the package externally before accepting it from the courier, for any signs of damage or mishandling.
